Yes, we do offer discounted prices to families. When you purchase a combination of qualifying Adult and Junior tickets, your Junior tickets are half price. The discount will be applied to your order automatically.

Family discount applies to the following ticket purchases:

2 Adults + 3 Junior (Save £18)
2 Adults + 2 Junior (Save £12)
1 Adult + 3 Junior (Save £18)
1 Adult + 2 Junior (Save £12)

Yes. A limited number of walk-up tickets will be available on the day, but entry may be delayed at busy periods and cannot be guaranteed.

Museums Association and ICOM members do not need to book online and should simply present their valid membership card at the ticket desk on arrival for complimentary admission. 

Once purchased, all tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. This includes requests to change ticket types or to transfer tickets to a different date or time.

You will receive an order email which is your ticket confirmation. The email will include your order number, which you will need to provide upon arrival at the museum. We do not issue physical tickets.

Visitors will need to email us in advance at access@trentparkhouse.org.uk with time,
date and car registration details to reserve a space. This can be arranged
on the morning of the visit if necessary.
