These KS2 in-school learning programmes have been co-created
with partner schools and Freshwater Theatre Company and made possible with The National Lottery Heritage Fund, with thanks to National Lottery players.

Bookings now open for free KS2 workshops for schools in Enfield and Barnet up to July 2027.

Secret Listeners workshop

Students will discover a worn leather bag with intriguing contents… a student-led investigation will ensue, and they will quickly discern the owner: a German Jewish refugee who worked as a Secret Listener at Trent Park House during WWII. Students will explore a day in the life of a secret listener, learn how intelligence was recorded and shared, and reflect on the
refugee experience and migrant contribution to Britain.

Option to add on a self-guided museum visit to follow the workshop.
